Little History

Fourth Floor Distribution grew out of Curbside Cycle, a shop famous in North America for its range of eclectic European city bikes. Being eclectic, however, was never our goal. We wanted bicycles that would appeal to the urban city cyclist. Our customers are people who wear suits and couture dresses to work everyday; people who store their bikes outside year round and want something rust and more theft resistant; people who want bicycles that would last decades without a lot of maintenance; people who want to feel safe and stable; and finally, people who have an eye for good design - who don't want their bikes to possess the suburban kitsch of most North American bikes.

Fourth Floor is North America's newest bicycle distributor and we are growing quickly. We carry Europe's best city bicycles and are always on the hunt for new bicycle lifestyle products. As North American cities become more dedicated to bicycles, our goal is to provide North American cyclists with dedicated city bikes.
